Since we have our partner farms harvest fresh specially for our customers, we are unable to accept refund requests. For more information, read below.
Non-Pickup Policy: If a customer fails to pick up their order at the designated time and location, Pelican’s Cut does not offer refunds. Instead, the unclaimed fish will be donated to a local food pantry to minimize waste and support our community.
Communication: If you anticipate not being able to pick up your order at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you to find a suitable solution.
Order Fulfillment: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason on our end, we will offer a full refund to the customer.
Refund Process: Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original method of payment.

Our Steelhead Trout is our most sustainable seafood offering. It is land-farmed with state-of-the-art technologies. This allows for quality seafood that truly does not have negative impact on wild fish stocks or ecosystems.
Our Atlantic Salmon is responsibly ocean-farmed off the coast of Maine and Canada. Seafood from the USA and Canada is highly regulated and managed under “rebuilding plans” when necessary.
